Professional Certificate in Product Management

Programme overview

The Professional Certificate in Product Management teaches you to decide what to build, why and for whom — and then to get it built and adopted. You’ll learn customer discovery, product strategy, roadmapping, working with design and engineering, and the metrics that tell you whether a product is actually working.

A dedicated module covers AI products: what machine learning and LLMs can realistically do, how to scope and evaluate AI features and how to ship them responsibly. You’ll practise on product teardowns, live case sprints and a capstone pitch to product leaders.
